🐸👑 You Can Do It! But You Need to Change Many Things
In 2013, I heard the words that would change my life forever: "You Can Do It." These words came from my mentor, Brian Tracy. At that time, I was facing challenges that seemed insurmountable. This simple yet powerful phrase became my personal mantra, guiding me through moments of doubt and uncertainty.
Overcoming Adversity
From that moment on, I kept repeating Brian Tracy's words. Whenever I faced:
- Difficult decisions that tested my courage,
- Failures that tried to stop me,
- Moments that pushed me outside of my comfort zone,
I reminded myself: “You Can Do It.”
Brian Tracy teaches that change is inevitable and often uncomfortable, but it’s the foundation for growth. He often says: "Every problem hides an opportunity." This shift in perspective helped me transform challenges into lessons for personal development.
What I Had to Change to Succeed
To move forward and succeed, I realized I needed to change several things:
-
My Mindset
- Success begins with what you believe about yourself.
- I stopped asking, “What if I fail?” and started asking, “What if everything works out perfectly?”
-
My Habits
- I embraced discipline by creating daily routines.
- Each morning, I wrote down my goals and planned my day.
- Tracking progress, no matter how small, became a daily habit.
-
My Environment
- Brian Tracy often says: "You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with."
- I chose to surround myself with people who inspired me, supported my goals, and believed in my dreams.
- I let go of relationships that drained my energy or held me back.
Wealth and Poverty Begin in Your Mind
Brian Tracy emphasizes that success starts in your thoughts. Your mindset determines whether you’ll create a future of growth or stagnation.
- You can have a poor mindset and temporarily hold a lot of money, for example, after winning the lottery, but lose it quickly without the habits to sustain it.
- You can have a wealthy mindset but temporarily lack money because you’ve invested everything into your goals and are waiting for the returns.
To develop a wealthy mindset:
- Challenge limiting beliefs that hold you back.
- Focus on opportunities, not problems.
- Adopt positive thinking while taking real action toward solutions.
The Power of Taking Action
Mindset alone isn’t enough. Brian Tracy teaches that success comes from consistent action. He often says:
- "Do not fear failure. The most successful people failed the most."
- "Start now. The perfect moment will never come."
Here’s how I applied this lesson:
- I took small steps, even when I was scared.
- I reminded myself that action, even imperfect, was better than doing nothing.
- Every step forward, no matter how small, brought me closer to my goals.
Patience and Persistence – The Real Keys to Success
Success does not happen overnight. It requires two things:
- Patience – Understanding that results take time.
- Persistence – Continuing to take action, even when progress feels slow.
I often remind myself that:
- A tree does not bear fruit the moment you plant the seed. Growth takes time and care.
- Winners are those who trust the process and never quit. As Brian Tracy says: "Winners never quit, and quitters never win."
Summary – "You Can Do It!"

- Take consistent action – even small steps lead to big results.
